President

Susan Lowenberg

After graduating from University of Oregon with a degree in Finance and Real Estate, Susan, joined her father at Lowenberg Corporation in 1983. Susan has worked as a property manager, asset manager, and Vice President at the company, and has served as the President since 2011. She oversees the management of the company and personnel, cultivates and manages relationships with investors and tenants, negotiates all sales and leasing opportunities, and evaluates all acquisitions. She has overseen the company’s portfolio double in size.

John Baruh

John joined Lowenberg Corporation in 2012 and handles all asset management. Prior to joining the company, he was a vice president and asset manager for RREEF Alternative Investments, leading a team of ten professionals in providing asset and management services for a 25 building, 5 million square foot San Francisco, East Bay Industrial building portfolio owned by the RREEF America II Fund. John has worked in various areas of commercial real estate in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1981.

Sophia Stanley

Sophia joined Lowenberg Corporation in 2011. Sophia acts as the executive assistant to the President of the company, oversees the management of office operations, and supports the property management, asset management, and accounting teams. She has spent her long career working in administration and customer service in the real estate, construction, and banking sectors since 1986.

Monique Scott

Monique joined Lowenberg Corporation in 2016. Monique is responsible for the property management of the company’s portfolio. Monique has been in the industry over 15 years and has managed various projects including, industrial, office, retail, mixed-use, residential, parking facilities, public use spaces, and private lands throughout the San Francisco, Bay Area.

Administrative Assistant

Litzy Soto

Litzy joined Lowenberg Corporation in 2022 starting her career in real estate. She supports the property management, asset management, and administrative teams. Litzy is a recent graduate from the University of Texas at Austin and has several years of experience in administration and customer service.
